I did this several years back for the cover of WILD KINGDOM #13, for MU Press; got me my first nomination for an Ursa Major for best illustration. (Didn't win, though.) It was an homage to those great, spooky covers that used to appear on the old HOUSE OF MYSTERY and HOUSE OF SECRETS books that DC used to publish. Primsacolor pencils.
