Oh wow yea the arms are so very off. :s I seem to keep making arms disproportional, and I guess I was trying to hard to get all of the markings on the neck to show so it then came to look weird. I am unsure how to do better with the eyes, on smaller/no muzzle character I seem to do okay but not them they get large like canine. Looking back yes the character's right ear is too low an not of similar shape as the other, thank you for pointing that out.
