Oh my gosh, this is finally done. Commissioned by a repeat customer from Etsy like FOREVER AGO (srsly, it was like, December 2013). I felt so bad it took so long, but it was a lot of learning and trial & error!
Horns are carved from foam, covered with Mod Podge a la the tutorial posted by DVC a while back. Painted with acrylics to give a sort of 'ridged' look, then sealed with a clear acrylic spray. The horns aren't super accurate, but I wanted to make them slightly more exaggerated and toony to be extra cutesy.
Eeee, so glad to see this go off to its owner. Dik-diks are so adorable!
