Ever since she was little, Rika has been able to change color from white to blue, depending on her mood.
Blue means shes feeling good and confident
White means she is feeling blue (ha)
She also possesses the power of blue fire. Why? because she was given a gift. She also hates the cold, so it helps.
Rika is wild. She manages to keep everyone else busy dealing with her shenanigans, while she just kicks back and relaxes. She is kind hearted and sweet to others, but she can also get a little full of herself (note: the hair) and may get a little obnoxious.
She swings a giant hammer that imprints a smiley face on whatever she smashes. She also rides a scooter as her main transportation while escaping the authorities after stealing something.
When Rika is white, she is drained of energy and is pretty down. She wont talk much and tends be keep to herself, as if she is in her own little box.
