Haha I'm just gonna say thank you here for all the favorites and comments. Because that would be a lot of separate conversations going at once! I'm not that good!
That's cool your girlfriend also does This! I'm sure hers is much more impressive.
that's very awesome you took that class! Very interesting! I bet it was insane learning Crazy things about different insects!

It's way too many LOL! But that is fine. ^^
He also brought BUGS IN ALL THE TIME! I had to catch a praying mantis that flew into a girl's hair. I freaking loved that class. He brought in cups with Lubber grasshoppers too. HUGE AS BALLS.
Also!!! Oh.. I learned that bugs have a little tiny spot by their eyes (most ALL bugs) that is called an Ocelli. And it tells them the position of the sun so they "know" what time it is constantly.
AND. Most bugs do not have developed nervous-systems, it's just a mass, instead of wrinkles like in our brains. The dragonfly though is intensely smart and has the closest thing to a human nervous system, i n the bug world. And they have 240 vision and the best flight system I think of all.
I freaking loved that class more than.. I mean those are cool facts right? Also... like what uh.. Bees! Bees like yellow jackets will be all one gender until mating season, then some will switch.
Afids pee honeydew sugar.
Um um um!!!
I raised my own Hawkmoth caterpiller to full growth. They are giant like 5 quarters large. I got a beautiful female to hatch!
And.........! Bugs have SUPER weird lung systems. They had no lungs, but porthole openings in their side connected to like, piping, and moving around circulates the air. It's WEIRD!
sorry for the flood of info. I wish I could take that class again.

Haha! Antlers.. could you imagine? Poor thing would have a difficult life. Then we'd have an invasion of the rare "Elk Moth" coming soon to a town near you!
Haha very beautiful moth by the way.
Honestly though.. I kind of have a fear of bugs. Especially grasshoppers. I don't know why. Maybe because they're like a flea and can jump unexpectedly and high. .. prickly legs .. crunchy skin.. I don't know.. but the give me the heeby jeebies!
