'In the aftermath of the Unity Falls Gang War, Volcan Skilerain and the Unity Falls Police Department work to make their city peaceful again. But from the shadows, an organization responsible for the disappearances of more than a thousand Superhumanoid beings has emerged, and they target Volcan. Now while Volcan fights to defend himself from these unknown criminals, he must work alongside allies both new and old, and find a way to bring down the organization before they can hurt anyone else.'

It's mostly on the subtitle. While I would say that while you did explain what Os Nadarra means, most folks won't know that. I can't really cite that too much as there are other similar titles.
The subtitle... The Threat of the I.T.O.U.E. It seems like saying it's a threat is somewhat obvious, if it isn't, it would not really be much of a story source. I.T.O.U.E., there's no way to know what that means if you haven't read the story. For me, who has not yet had the time to do so, it a) means little at this point) and b) is a bit clunky. It doesn't even form a real sounding word, like SHIELD or I had once used SPIDER.
The Threat of the X also sounds like a B movie, honestly. Attack of the Clones, for example. Titles... Are generally best when succinct. The fewer words, the better the effect. I'm reminded of the Star Trek episode "For The World Is Hollow And I Have Touched The Sky". Wow.
5 words is the most I think should be in the title and subtitle, like Star Trek: First Contact or Serenity, or X-Men: The Last Stand. Just a thought, not really a 'criticism' so to speak.
