Here's the continuation of the Sally and Fiona story. This part and the next will focus on Sally's route.

Sometime after getting Sally and Fiona changed in their new diapers. Both Tails and Nicole decided it was best to inform everyone about the situation. Tails took Sally with him and went to Castle Acorn to talk with King Maximillian and Queen Alicia about what happened to their daughter. Nicole was left with taking Fiona to Rosie and see if she could possibly look after her until further notice. Within short time, Tails made his way to Castle Acorn in steady haste while keeping sure that Sally wasn't in any discomfort while being carried in his arms.

Tails: We're almost there Sally. I just hope the King and Queen won't be to angry with me about this whole mess.

Sally: Tay-woos tay-woos.

Tails: *Thinks to himself* At least she remembers my name.

The two-tailed fox approached the castle entrance and spoke with one of the guards.

Guard: What business do you have here?

Tails: I need to speak with the King and Queen. It's urgent!

Guard: Wait, your one of Princess Sally's comrades. Where is her highness?

Tails: *shows guard Sally*

Gaurd: *gasp* Open the doors!

As the doors opened, Tails rushed in with Sally kept close to him. He make his way to the King and Queen's royal chambers with no time to waste. The last thing he wanted to do was to waste anymore time. He figured the sooner Sally's parents knew the situation, the better. Upon entering the room, King Max and Queen Alicia turned their heads to the open doors and saw Tails and the infant in his arms that they have not yet recognized.

Queen Alicia: Tails? What are you doing here?

King Max: *cough* *cough* What's the meaning of this young man!?

Tails: It's *huff* Sally.

King Max: What!? What has happened to her!?

Queen Alicia: Who's that child with you? *points to Sally in Tails' arms*

Tails: *breathes in to collect himself* It's Sally. *shows Sally to her parents*

Both Sally's mother and father look upon their now infant daughter with shocked expressions. The Queen takes Sally into her arms and inspects the baby. Within mere seconds, Queen Alicia made the connection. She realized that the child was indeed her daughter. Without uttering a word, she showed the baby to her husband. Despite his slipping mind and old age, he too saw the resemblance to his daughter.

King Max: Sally? *reaches out to the infant*

Sally: *grabs her father's hand* Dada.

Queen Alicia: It really is her. *tears begin to form*

Sally: *looks to her mother* Mama.

The tender and caring family moment goes uninterrupted while tails observes from the side. He can't help but remember when he and his family reunited after all the tragedy and turmoil that happened to his family and all of Mobotropolis long ago. The scene before him with the royal family gave him a moment of reminiscence. The two-tailed fox couldn't help but form tears upon seeing the acorn family in such a heart-warming scene. Circumstances aside, the moment was important to all of them.

Minutes later, Tails was sitting with the Queen, who had Sally sitting on her lap. King Max was by the side of the sofa where the conversation took place. Tails had informed them about the predicament, Fiona's little revenge scheme and downfall, their current planning with Sally and Fiona's condition, and the age guns.

Queen Alicia: So these "age guns" you created caused this to happen to Sally?

Tails: I'm sorry my queen. But it wasn't my intention to use the guns in this way. My original purpose for the guns was to use them to make old junk, preferably metal and what not, brand new once again. I did some tests on piles of scrap metal. The tests were successful thanks to some recalibrating and finding a power gem during one of our missions. However...

King Max: However what?

Tails: The next day following the tests, I found the same piles of scarp metal turned new reverted back into raw material. I decided to proceed further with testing by trying it on a small tree. That was when I saw the quickened side-effects to organic materials.

Queen Alicia: So what happened to the tree? *asks while playing with Sally*

Tails: The tree was regressed from a decent aged tree to a mere sprout. Today, I made a second age gun in order to find a way to reverse the effects, but I needed to start from scratch. In other words, I've made two age guns that can regress anything AND anyone. I would've worked more on it today, but as I mentioned Fiona somehow snuck into my lab and stole one of the guns. The rest is history.

King Max: We should lock up that no-good traitor. Child or not, she's been nothing but trouble for all of us. *cough*

Queen Alicia: Max, please.

King Max: Sorry my dear. If there's any good out of this, it would be us having a chance to live like we were supposed to long ago, as a family. *looks to Sally*

Sally: *looks to her father and back to her mother while sucking on her thumb*

Queen Alicia: Well, at least until this whole issue is resolved. Perhaps we can finally have a real time together as a family.

Tails: I can start work on one of the age guns first thing tomorrow. It could take me at least a week, maybe two for things to show results.

Queen Alicia: Thank you Tails.

Just before Tails took his leave, the King stopped him before proceeding any further.

King Max: Wait a moment Tails.

Tails: Yes your majesty? *nervous*

King Max: Elias and his family will be arriving shortly. I would appreciate it if you could explain this mess to him as well.

Tails: What?

Sally: *giggles*
