It is something that we all go through
Some more-so, some less-so.
Some understand to a certain degree
Others sit in silence and wonder how to help

But when it builds up and up and up and we can feel it creeping up our trachea
It feels as if the cosmos themselves are expanding and expelling from our systems in whatever way we can make it feel, poisonous or not
Without this

It seems as if we would explode.
