some more pictures to look at to determine head size, as well as a quick color over to show what adding arm muscles and moving the white down would do for the overall look.

As I said before, I'd highly suggest just trying to replace the hands with padded versions to make them overall larger.
I still think the arms look too short even with the speculation of added arm padding, and I really think that it's the tiny hands that are the main issue.

It's such an insanely cool head... But in my honest opinion, I think it'll need to be redone to get the size right. The head itself is proportionate in itself, but with the body it just looks too big and difficult to manage. But don't let that get you down man, it's a GORGEOUS head and I have no idea how you're able to make such realistic and detailed pieces of art. The teeth and furs and the overall appearance is just so well done. One miscalculation is completely understandable, but I do think for the wearer's benefit, you should redo the head.
I think the bulking helps a little bit, maybe some chest bulk may help as well. I also agree with the idea of modifying the hands to appear longer and/or larger.
Though bulking up the top half of the body will only go so far without making any alterations to the lower half. If digi stilts are at all an option, maybe that could be considered. With that, you could make the tail longer as well which could also help balancing it all out.
Im sorry youre having an issue with this, this is a truly a beautiful piece of work!

I've made an edit to show what making the hands larger would do to the overall look.

You could do that AND bulk out the arms a little, but I think all that really needs to be done is larger hands to be made. :)

If you add more floof to the tip of the tail it might help balance the out the largeness of the head, or even try making the hooves larger? As long as you make other extremities large to match the large head it should look great ^^ It already looks amazing! :)
I'll preface that I have absolutely zero fur suit making experience and it's been years since any 3D art, so I'm just guesstimating on some possible tweaks that I think might not be too drastic on the effort vs. fixing issues scale. The "easiest" feeling/looking solution I kludged together in Photoshop with some silly overpainting on this thing for a visual comparison was to basically just add more padding to the shoulder/trapezius/possibly upper chest and collar region, sort of like this?

I screwed around with possibly making the fuzz on the arms a little longer too (I have no idea how much effort that would take to add in though, it's not super important), but to me, just scaling up the broadness and slope of the shoulders seemed to add more volume to the chest vs. the neck and head to balance it out more? Hope this helps a little, and best of luck with any alterations! You really do make some wonderfully crafted suits.

The arms look a little bit short for the head. I personally think the shoulders are a but small, maybe bulking up the arms and adding some padding on the shoulders would help. Also, maybe adding a fluffier mane might make the head look a bit more even with the rest of it. Making the hands and tail bigger and longer could make the head look a bit smaller too. But it still looks amazing, and there isn't much that I think should change about it.

What about adding a longer looking neck, like this to lengthen the body, bulk up make the upper half a bit stronger. This type of creature, it's sometimes depicted with longer necks (kirins, dragons, etc) ?

Logically when I see this I think of horse anatomy. They have large chests, large heads and thinner limbs etc.
So when I look at this fursuit I see the equine qualities that I like Kirins to have, and a larger head is just one of those factors.
To me I like the proportions and of course that beautiful colour fur.

Front view don't looks to bad. Side view that muzzle just sticks out. Beautiful design though hmm yeah as mentioned possibly shortening the muzzle, lengthen and beef up the arms, lil longer tail(maybe) for balance.
. And what about possible back spikes with or w/o webbing it could counter act and balance out the look. Some nice golden type spikes starting at the shoulder blades and gradually getting small to the tail? Just a thought so you don't have to adjust the head possibly

Are you going for muscled demi god or are you going for flowing mythical creature. The body says flowy and the tail and head (size) say muscle. id personally go for flowy as mythical kirins tend to be shown more as noble, elegant, highborn creatures than decked out muscle gods.
I would make the head even smaller (in proportion to the body) and also change the tail to be less stiff looking, give it some curves?

Ah, we'll if you're basing it around the aztec look then def bulk up the body and as others say you might want to give it more of a mane or trapz.
also weird that the fur bubbles wont work well with curves, thats a good thing to know. was contemplating trying to make stuff with it. :)
