I don't like MLP fanfiction or shipping OC's with canon characters really,
but then I made one for myself kinda by accident and really liked it.
Nutshell - it feels wrong to break the official story with some character who doesn't belong to the show.
Firefly here doesn't have that much of a backstory in the movies etc, so I think it's somewhat OK to ship her..
