I had such a hard time...first fighting myself if I should do this or not. Then coming up with a design! I had a completely different idea for a color/pattern design in my head, but I just couldn't make it look right, I couldn't match the shades of color like in my head...and the patterns kept coming out all wrong on the sketch.
So I went with whatever! Picked one color I liked, then looked to see if anyone made a pallet for it online. Found something then grew on that.
Got to love uneven designs ;w; -pets his ears-

His name is Totue (I'm sure someone can guess what some of his design is based off of XD ) ah childhood memories~

He doesn't sleep much due to pain from his no longer existing arm...it's all psychological (in his head) But his body still reacts negatively to it.
It is unclear what happened to him, maybe a fight, maybe a fire....but he has one torn up ear, a deep scar on his right cheek, a missing arm and some hip fins that just wont grow back. His hair on his left side also grows in damaged and a darker color...it wont grow longer like it should once it reaches a length.
