Day 23: Draw your favorite Electric type pokemon!
Flaaffy, because it was one of my favorites from Gen II when Gold/Silver came out. Also because I'm trying not to repeat pokemon. I realize how much I love electric types... pichu, pikachu, raichu, jolteon, flaaffy, zapdos, blitzle, zebstrika...they're all my favs!
I dunno, maybe I should just go back and draw the runner-ups for favorites on all these.
I was originally going to do cut paper, but I found my book of acetates while I was looking for my decorative papers and decided to experiment with a technique I've been wanting to try for a while. I'm kinda pissed it didn't scan well at all. =\
