I thought so too, as I worked on them though I kind of began to think of them like a bird's tail or a rooster (also a bird, I know) specifically. I'm not sure how Scars intends them to move, but I think if a fancy exotic bird can still be graceful, this character could be too. Keeping down while sniping might be tough though, especially if get excited like I do! :D
