Laboratory 5 - Awake In The Dark - Album Preview
A preview of the new Laboratory 5 album "Awake In The Dark".
Laboratory 5 is a collaboration between me and
MaxStatic from the UK. We've been doing this stuff since 2011 but got a deal with my own Sub Culture label in 2012 and released our debut album "Rise Of The Machines" on the label late 2012. This is our followup album and is based on several older demos from 2011.
Our music is in the vein of dubstep and drum'n'bass, though we personally just call it drumstep for short. We also take influence from industrial, EBM and several electronic genres to make something unique. Thematically we draw inspiration from sci-fi and cyberpunk mostly.
