Well I had decided I wanted to try out my brand new laptop and drawing tablet, fully equipped with Photoshop, and what better test than the best drawn image in my gallery?
The color was done using Purely Photoshop CS3. I also modified the lineart a bit and touched it up. the flare in the fireplace is futuristic technology, made in photoshop using a combination of hte neon glow and gaussian blur filters. the brick wall is of course a texture/stock photo.

lol, someone picked up on it! It is a rather small detail, but a nice one. I figured since the story behind that image is that it's a photo taken of her in the gym, it could be in a picture frame somewhere. :3
though comments I've gotten privately say the wall needs to go. I'm still debating on how to change it up.
