I had gotten most of the way through, I just lost track right about when the big timeshift happens. So I know everyone you mentioned, from what I remember at least; it's been a long time since I've read the books too, and I'd love to go through them all again for the nostalgia's sake. Those books were really near and dear to me.
Yeah, you're thinking of the Sellswords trilogy he did! I loved seeing Jarlaxle and Entreri running around together, it just about broke my heart when they split at the end of RotP, just because they made such a ridiculous, fantastic team. I actually got super lucky and got to attend a book talk RA Salvatore did shortly after Promise of the Witch-King came out, so I've got my copy of that and the Icewind Dale Trilogy signed! It was probably the high point of my high school life, lol.

Yesyes! I loved the art on one of them, with his hellsteed totems! I love the idea of animal totems like Guenwyvar too, that are companions. Oh my gosh my sona Aedyn should have one!
OH OH OH Artemis... oh oh he ... uh! The new books. UH.. lol you have to read Neverwinter.. although, freaking dammit I don't like Dahlia.... :<
Omg! Wow a signed one. Mine is read a lot and tattered collector's edition. I have such a hodge-podge cuz some were hardbound gifts to me, some were like, bought in bulk sets, and the ones I bought were singles lol or Collector's/combos. Collectors are SO flippin heavy tho.
Yeah I spent tons of my high school reading time totally absorbed in those books. Icewind Dale, Sellswords, and Orc king trilogies are my ultimate favorite. There is one set, where Wulfgar takes a turn for the worse for 3 or 4 books, that depressed and horrified me so I don't ever want to read them again. But I do still own them for the set. :3

Yeah, the Todd Lockwood cover for Road of the Patriarch is the one you're thinking of where they're riding those nightmare steeds! It's kinda fun, those were actual items in the D&D sourcebooks XD Every time I played a game of D&D after that I aspired to buying one (and never could, because clearly Jarlaxle's loaded because they're expensive as hell).

I bought a lot of the big whole-series collections--bricks though they are--and so now I've got some shiny new books with the beautiful redone art, and some tattered old ones where they were still using artists who thought a drow looked their age XD It's a pain, but there's so many memories in those dogeared old things.

I hated spine of the world. I hated the demons, I hated that Wulfgar had a horrible life, ruined relationship with Brie, and freaking went off and died of old age in a CAVE and no one heard of him after! Where the balls are his descendants and what was Salvatore thinking *cry*

Well. I really disagree with some of the choices (after Orc King series) that the author made but at the same time I respect them cuz they go with all the philosophies/life lesson's Drizzt had been learning/journalling from the start of the entire series on. I still.. want to sock him in the face tho! (Salvatore - PUNCH!)

Well. Dude, these are awesome! The only downside to D&D is that level adjustment totally ruled out some of the coolest races; I remember being VERY let down by the realization I couldn't practically make my first character a were-tiger. But man oh man is it fun for starting out character concepts, these guys look like they would have been tons of fun!

On the one hand I know that there are things I really want to know more about (again, Drizzt vs Entreri on the cover is a hell of a lure), but on the other hand... man, hell of a timeshift. I had a long break after RotP, just because I was up to current and it took a while for the next book to come out, and then I picked up Orc King and... oh. Oh, he killed 90% of the cast. Oh, well, my favorites are still alive, but... Hrm. And I haven't been able to get over the emotional curbstomp of that surprise enough to pick it back up since then, lol.

Oh that is horrible I love customizing! Yes they got REALLY narrowed down/rules more now. Yes keep reading but prepare for buttclenching of sadness. There are super super great things but also FUCK! Lol... It is wait no. Drizzt/Entreri part is cooler than you expect I promise it is worth it.

I almost liked her by the 3rd out of 4 books but dammit I don't want to. Not my type of char and I don't like how she.. well she is intrusive.

This is acrylic (did the outlines on a sketch, made transparency > projector > trace > paint)
I did this my senior year of high school (I was 21 - I got sick so much I had to stay longer, 3.7 GPA) and it is 14 feet wide, 8 feet tall. The teacher wanted it done right on the wall over the breaker box/outlets and I did it in 2 months over the summer of 2010 before college:

I have used pencil, mechanical pencil, foam, clay, wood, wax, acrylic, watercolor, etc! <3 So many things. Clay is my FAVORITE. Baking/regular or like model-magic type foam (works like clay)
Here is the mural. 7 feet tall, 20 long (the other side is cut off but I have crappy ass pics of it, two months of works in beginning of senior year (we approved it in 2008 for the start of the school year and it's still up in the library 2014. It's a huge honor. I made it to the librarian's specifications, she was a dear friend. :3

Almost everyone in my family is artistic so I got skills like genetically squashed into me. I am grateful for that. These people could draw:
My paternal grandfather - comic illustrator for Mad Magazine
My maternal grandmother - massive oil-painter, SO GOOD.
My maternal great aunt - did oil-painting collabs with my grandma.
My maternal great grandmother - Oil also
My mother - super great with oil pastels
My dad - amazing comic illustrator like his father (but his career went towards computers and he stopped drawing when I was born 24 years ago)
Also 2 of my 3 sisters can draw well (not like me, they are not confident) and the third one is a crafting wizard! Cards/scrapbooking etc. All younger than me. I am the only one besides the crafting sister though, that uses and enjoys so many mediums. :3
Anyway just wanted to give some background. I feel absolutely blessed to have this skill (I am in pain every day and have bad anxiety/depression at times, panic attacks, some nerve damage.) It makes up for all the problems (at times)
