Tracy drinks often, however Rayne drinks very rarely, and gets drunk more rarely. However chu-hi is an exception, and it happens more often while in Japan. I don't thing Rayne loosesns up as much as just doesn't care as much about what is going around herself. This also helps when she is Japan as well.
