She's a gen 6 Pokemon. The Fire starter, Fennekin, hybridised with Houndour. Since her mother (Moro) is a Houndoom and her father is a Delphox, the fully evolved form of Fennekin.

Ah, that was it. I've not bothered with X/Y yet, trying to get my hands on a second copy of Y, so I can have all 3 starters, like I used to do in R/B, which I'm avoiding Red, because it's a week today when I lost my Myuutsu [Mewtwo] for a second time. But yeah, I've seen Fennekin about, and he really is a cutie.
