Aside from DeNola's ranged weapons, an Abus gun and a Maula flechette pistol, this is the Sahrdaukar janissary combat outfit. The scabbard for the blade weapon is along the back left or right side of her hips.
The only other things missing from her outfit are a pair of side 'skirts' that attach to her belt that would have little loop straps along the length of the skirts to hold the ammunition for the Abus gun in place.
All those pouches along her chest are magazine pouches (2) for the Maula pistol (thigh holster), and the rest are for various items and tools. Although she's more than likely to have stuffed in some wrapped up pastries or something like that in those pouches as well, which she gets scolded for doing.
