Finally a little fanart for this pair x3 They're two supporting characters of the book series of the Named.

I like Cherfan because he's the strongest, bigger and most fearsome fighter of the Clan, yet he's been involved in some fun joking over his hunger, also in the last book (Ratha's Courage) he got a number of interesting scenes and i plan to drawn a small fun fancomic about one xD

Bira is a Fire-keeper, this time i drawn a properly larger and fluffy tail x3
I loved how these two are said to have been mated recently, and apart for the event itself, the two are said to have grown more found to each others, sharing a growing link.

This is of course a little scene with them having some cuddling before you-know-what, from some details in book it appears that despite courtings are made in public during the mating season, the actual matings involve a little bit of privacy.

One thing  rathacat has not told us, it's about how little super-cute critters as the treelings could be a bit intrusive or curious x3 I've joked about the idea of Cherfaree (treeling of Bira) to make some sudden investigation during an inopportune time. x3


Another detail for non-Named readers: it's awesome how the author has managed to put a non-humanized behavior concerning love-paring. The same concept of love seems honestly something that the Named are only slowly discovering (and with few pairing of characters): for example both Cherfan and Bira had already offspring with others (actually Bira is super-sweet granny x3)
(one of the key point of the actual lack of real familiar bonds seems that cubs grow quicly)
