It seems that sword has encourages quite a bit of an evolution in his mind and body. Even the sword seems renewed! Or perhaps...
I thought I would try something a bit different from my usual and get in some practice that might align a bit with the current voting event. I hope you all enjoy it.

Thanks! Fair warning I'm more of a good ending guy, so my sword will reflect that. I'll give you the idea behind my version of the sword.
My version of the sword is going to be part of an identical pair from an ancient kingdom/empire. One sword is the Sword of Punishment/Obedience, it was used on traitors and criminals that were deemed dangerous, but could have a use for the kingdom/empire. The twin sword is the Sword of Power/Blessings this sword was different because it chose its wielder and they were those who were of pure heart, wanting to help and protect others regardless of social standing or origins, and had the strength to give up the power when the time came.
Both swords gave power to their wielder by stages, but the difference was that the Sword of Punishment would give power only if the ruler or the one who gave them the sword would allow it. However, it would cost the wielder thier intelligence for each stage and being completely obedient to one who gave them the sword, and could only go back to any of the previous stages by the same way. The only ways to separate the Sword of Punishment from its wielder is to kill them or the one who gave them the sword willingly takes the sword away.
The Sword of Power on the other hand would glow, but only those who can wield it will be able to see it. The power it gives its wielder would be capped for each stage to get them used to the power of each stage before going to the next one. However, each stage of power wouldn't negatively effect the intelligence or loyalties of the wielder, and the wielder can switch between stages at will. The only ways to separate the sword from its wielder is for the wielder to willingly retire, they pass it on to a new wielder, or the wielder dies, but it becomes unusable until a new wielder finds it. If the first 2 separation options happens then the wielder gets to permanently keep the first or second stage of power.
That's the idea I've got, and I'm open to naming suggestions for the swords if you have any opinions.
