So here's Platemail, one of the titans of the Transnational Glacis Consortium, featured in those fine Hazard Pay stories of mine ( http://www.furaffinity.net/view/11681108/ ). Chinese alligator, a full ninety-three feet tall, and dressed more or less for battle in her modernized lamellar mail. She's missing her tail wrap, combat boots, and full helmet, but this is what she tries to wear as much as possible- feeling a few dozen tons of Kevlar and steel around her is the next best thing to a security blanket.

She doesn't look too pleased with herself, or you, but she's not a demonstrative alligator. Inside she probably just wants to go home and listen to her audiobooks instead of interacting with other people, who are confusing and mean to her.
