I wonder where the fourth hand is, or did one of the ghosts and or spirits in there lose one of their hands before they died so they can't use it in the afterlife? Maybe it's just one spirit but with only three hands and the other is lost.

This is legitimately creepy (in a good way)! If it were in black and white it would make me think of some kind of old school horror movie. The hands look especially cool and scary.
