I think the beek does not open at all, breathing might not be so great, but I might be missing something

Actually the breathing is awesome in the head, it's so big inside of there. Also the beak does move, though it's a manual, set it where I like sort of thing, not jaw moveable.

Yup, the head is papercrafted from a 3d model and then fiberglassed. I actually intend to release the 3d files after I've made a few tweaks to them.
