Narrow nose K9 Blank uncut- nothing wrong with it- $45

This is a finished head you can see the lower jaw on http://www.furaffinity.net/view/12549373/ I would charge another $30 for a perfect cast lower jaw and $20 for a flawed cast. I would be custom casting one for you so it's a 50/50 chance on what would come out. If a flawed cast is ask you if you were ok with the flaws, if not then if cast another. Adding the lower jaw adds weight to the package so shipping may go up like $5 , again depending on the final weight
