Reminds me so much of the Y-wing "long-probe" but wouldnt a gunboat need a tail gun rather just two turrets facing back? the imperials did well on that with their shuttles

A single tail gunner is helpful, but with the additional turrets, you get far greater fields and range of fire to bring to bear on a harrasing TIE. :3
