Is for the same family that commissioned your other aztec pictures. It is so lovely. You prisma colors are almost unbeatable. The face is priceless.

Yep it is the same family! They're having fun having me do a pic of Cassandra every year as she grows up! Fun for me too as well as a great honor! They did give me a photo to work from, and I tried to catch her eyes and smile in the anthropomorphism. She's grown up so much since I did her in Tikal Kitten!

and how you translated a child faces' features into an anthro kitten... looking closer I saw what must be an aztec moon calendar in the background, and then the frog looked more familiar. one of those colourful beings that roam south american jungles... I'd have to hit our zoo for the exact species, would be more fun than flipping book pages. :) besides, nothing too important. not as much as the great work of art you created.
