Here we have the 22nd chapter. Yeah, I know its short, but I couldn't think of much to put in this one.

It does introduce some new things though, including a character

CEO missing!

The CEO of a Kino corporation has gone missing; details are unknown of what happened. The only vague thing that was recorded was a crumpled piece of paper with the shaky written words of, “She’s here, and she’s in the building!” The Kino are working to try and restore something from the damaged video files form the surveillance cameras.

More will be updated once we have more news.


I groaned as I sat up, shaking my head slowly as I looked around. I was in woods or something, not too sure. I know that I was on an alien planet; the ringed planet in the sky was proof of that. The trees had light green-brown bark, could have been bark or moss. The sound of a bird creature, at least I think it was a bird, caused me to look up at the branches. It had some feathers at least, or scales couldn’t tell. It gave a hissing squawk before it flew off into the air.

I groaned again as I forced my body to stand up, taking into account that I got some aches in my back and legs. I blinked again, as everything sunk in, causing me to look around. “Freya! Gem! Christie! Necetra! Serra!” I yelled out, wondering if anyone was nearby. I heard no response as my voice echoed just a bit for a few seconds. “Alruna!” I called out as well, hoping that perhaps the Bird Plane was around. Again I got no response.
I stood there for a second as thoughts raced through my head as I remembered what happened. We were shot down, and then I blacked out, can’t remember much besides that. I panicked as I thought about what would happen if the others didn’t survive, and I was stranded on this planet.
‘No’ I thought to myself as I shook thoughts like that out of my head. ‘They are still around, just not sure where’ I thought to myself again. I mean I could still feel Freya, I know I never mentioned it before, but well how to explain it. It’s like a mental connection, my guess it’s formed between the captain or pilot with the bioship. It’s hard to explain as I said.

I turned around in the spot, looking around. The woods stretched in each direction, not helping me figure out what way to go. I scratched my head, wishing there was at least some help or indication of a settlement near here. Facing the east of me, I got a feeling; it wasn’t Freya, but something else. It was telling me I should start walking that way.


I walked for a while, felt like a few hours at the most. No change in the forest/woods, or whatever this was. It did make me laugh a bit, at times I gotten lost while back on Earth, while I was searching for sightings of aliens. ‘Heh, now I am on an alien planet’ I thought to myself.

The sun of this world seems to start to set, making me a bit worried of what nocturnal predators this world has. I paused when I looked up and saw what looked like a wolf crossed with a monkey. I blinked a bit at the odd sight as it looked down at me. It gave a barking and whatever sound a monkey makes. I don’t think it was a carnivore as it turned and climbed up the tree towards some fruit.

The encounter took about a minute, as I pressed on. Looking around, trying to find some sort of sign of a settlement. The leaves in the trees blew as the breeze went through them, bringing to mind for me about how cold it could get at night here. I really need to find some place, or Freya and the others.

‘Jack’

The voice made me stop as I looked around as I try to see where it came from. After a few moments, there was no more of it; I put it as my mind playing tricks on me. I shook my head as I continued on my way, heading east, and hopefully a settlement.

‘Jack’

I paused again, hearing the voice. “Who’s there?” I asked looking around, the voice seemed to of becoming everywhere, and yet really close to me. Like less than a few feet, but no one was there at all. “Seriously, who’s there?” I asked not moving until I see who it was. Again, no one around me, I sniffed the air, trying to pick up the scent of anyone who I know was around. Nothing, I scratched my head, really confused on what was going on.
I started to walk again, keeping alert on where the voice is coming from. So far, nothing this time as I walked more. I shrugged and walked for half an hour. Still no voice again as I sighed, figuring out that it was nothing.

‘Jack’

I paused, and looked around. “Ok, who’s there. Step forward” I said looking around as I try to see where it was coming from. I did manage to pick up a scent this time, but it was alien. I didn’t reckonise it. I walked over to a bush where it was coming form.

I pulled the leaves back, as I parted the bush and paused. A Taur, lied there, one that was canine look with tiger stripes. A female from the looks of it, with battered and ripped up clothes, and the fact she looked a little beat up. She did look familiar like I seen her before. My brain slowly thought as I try to remember where I had seen her.

I paused and looked down, when I figured it out. I have seen her before, on wanted posters.

It was the pirate queen of the Pirate Armada.
