Knuckles has been my favorite Sonic character ever since I first got to know him - He was cool! He was red! He had spikes on his hand! He played exactly like Sonic, but could do could cool shit like glide and climb walls! As a kid, that really blew my mind. (It wasn't until years later I realized his jump is actually a little smaller than Sonic's, haha)

Knuckles is bit on the stupid side, he's easily tricked and very guillible, but you always know his heart is on the right side and he always pulls through, it just may take a while for him to get there, haha XD
I also enjoy some of his moments in Sonic X, mostly when he's being made fun of, or when Rouge's flirting with him =P
