The art of rhyming isn't all just fun and games,
It seems easily spoken- just match a few colours and names,
A store with a state,
Put together a few words you love and a few you hate.
But Dr. Suess had the right idea in mind,
Rhyming stories of truth to those who are otherwise blind.
Now, when you go and listen to your favourite song,
Pay attention to the lyrics, don't just sing along.
You may learn a thing or two,
Or perhaps a hundred- I don't know, I'm not you.
