This is well-done. You could make wrapping paper out of it. Very festive!

The line through the purple dragon is not even on the edge. You should be able to clean that up. And blue dragon tail too.

On the true edges, the little dots don't match up perfectly, but they look all right to me. You'd probably have to go with a solid background color to make the edge absolutely invisible. But I like it the way it is.

Ah... you're right. SAI is doing this. You may just have to paint over the after-adjusted image.

if I resize it in photoshop it doesn't happen so that's just what I'll do
