It's a dragon, dude. you can't copywrite a dragon design no matter how much you try.

Do you have any idea how many designs out there look similar or downright copied from mine? Plus, Lethias has been on FA since 2007, you've been here since 2013.

Stop being such a derp. No need for the ignorant bullshit. His character is a generic bipedal dragon with a few unique features. If you really think that qualifies as any sort of copywrite claim, you're either blind, ignorant, or hilariously narcissistic and selfish.

Why would you need to be careful? Even if it was your character you cant legally stop someone from drawing you. If you could, rule 34 would not be a thing. You literally have no arguments in your favour.

So don't bother making a big deal out of someone else looking like your bland, generic character because you will always have someone pointing out how ridiculous you sound.

I am quite certain that is NOT why you were banned, and if it was that was a testament to the shittiness of the mods here, not the ethicality of modifying existing characters.

Oh, and Lethias has probably had this character since the dawn of the millenium. Oh, and it's also a very basic character design, not exactly something that only one person could imagine on their own.

again yes, he looks nothing like yours, he looks as close to yours as every other generic anthro dragon out there. Also his account and characters have been around way longer than yours have, so you have no right to claim any kind of copying from him, if anything he can claim your copying HIM so please stop this silliness.

The picture here in question was commissioned by me, and the character is mine. I've had pictures of this character floating around for the last 4 and a half years so that's given you plenty of time up until now to post your complaints. Seeing as how this artist was paid by me to draw this on my behalf: Please direct your grievances at me instead of the artist I asked to draw my likeness.

Different patterns
Different scale layout (sans the muzzle similarity, which is not uncommon at all)
Similar ear frills, again not uncommon or anything unique at all.

You have some serious issues if you actually think that these characters are all that similar, and you're delusional if you think your character is unique enough to warrant any sort of claims such as these. Again, much as Lethias is a buddy of mine, the design isn't all that original, and even if it was, that's how creativity works, you adapt existing ideas into your own.

There is not a single level in which you are not being a fool, and this argument is not inane.
