Emolga putting her ability 'static' to good use

"Well, seeing as most pokemon start life in the wild, the vast majority of pokemon aren't bothered by nakedness. Emolga wears clothes because her previous owner tried to sexually-assault her. she's just not comfortable being seen nude any more. it makes her feel vulnerable.Minun on the other hand just adorers her older sister Emolga and demanded that she should have some cute clothing to match.
As for where I got them, Emolga's dress was custom made (with a little help from Meowstic) from a pair of old dungarees I used to wear while I was still in ranger training.
Minuns' is just an ordinary pair of child's dungarees I bought from a small charity shop in Geosenge Town."
