The Commander L. Fleur ( a human woman!) is one of the best pilots of the Stratovarian Air Force and was Ciro´s superior Officer in the weeks who he was in the tropics. Her usual plane is one old MIG-19 "Farmer", but, before Ciro arrives, the Stratovarian Air Force requested to the KSK if they could facilite some modern plane to show a better image of the country. The answer was possitive, so L. Fleur makes the adaptation course to the Mirage 2000C, one advanced and excellent plane at least so good as the Rupian´s MIG-29S/SE. The KSKnians remove the usual 2 grey tones cammo and reeplaced it for one "festive" tropical one, but remove all serial marks except the bureau number and the KSK shield . With this plane L. Fleur obtains a dramatic draw in one simulated fight against Ciro, showing him her skills....
