But, enough of that. I really love the concept you have for the "antlers," but are they also extra claws/talons/hands?
That color scheme is boss, and it makes me think of coral reefs...
and makes me think she was born from the remains of her dead prey.
I also caught con crud and may not be thinking clearly so, weird thoughts yey!

I like this idea a lot! Go for the eyes!
What's creepy about it is that this deer could reach unexpected places that would require hands of sort to reach.
You could also make the antler claws extend out into "arms" of sort.
I'm thinking like Midna from Twilight Princess as a reference, but it's just a thought.
