nah, The joke for this character is he usually gets patients that take his instructions in that manner and he in turn generally gets bitten in the butt when he finds out how there minds take the instructions. Only way this could backfire on him like that if she was stressed about not getting any and raped the doctor caused after all. Easiest way to get over that problem is grab a partner and go at it.
