Such a cute and cool piccie. Sorry I haven't been online much to play "Counseler". Real life stuff stress stuff happening as of recent. Need to allow my brain to reset into "normal mode", which is hard what with altered sleep patterns and whatnot. I am sorry. >.< Hope you aren't worries/upset with me cause of that.
I thank you for your offer. The byproduct of whatever it is, becomes me doing lots of sleep it seems. XD Just yesterday evening due to mom telling me night before how I was not to take nap lest I not sleep that night. If I took a maybe 2 hour nap, I probably would have gone to sleep early, but since I hadn't, I didnt feel tired enough to get under covers till 4am, or perhaps 7am there? Needless to say, that afternoon close to 4PM, I took a nap that turned into sleep, waking up close to 4am. Doing in part, that super deep type of "meditational trance" of where I control my breathing to such a degree, it feels like my entire body is numb similar to what I think is similar to when dental work is done. At times, me wonderinf what those medical machines would be saying from the data of what I was doing. IN my mind, perhaps breathing extremely slow and whatnot, yet mind awake to concentrate on it, hear the world outside if I wish.
CAn take some practise. Usually for me, I lay flat on back (Something I NEVER did before this), listen to music I enjoy, though calmer music helps and makes it easier, as well as lower volume, and just slow my breaths to be deeep relaxed breaths, as I focused on my forehead or what some may consider the "third eye" area, and just relax. Usually what happens is a type of semsation, for me was from toes, slowly crawling up body. The first amny times it happened, it startled me, causing me to come out of it, but if you can do well on it, it helps CONSIDERABLY. Some times, where mentally I think 6 or so hours have passed, wondering when alarm will go off, only to find out 2 have passed and body is "buzzing" withenergy. O.o
