Some of the lines seem to go over from the water to the character which makes me confused whatever it's a reflection on the character or really clear water on the character.
Otherwise I really like how you drew the character them self.

It looks good! Water looks abit too clear though, maybe a shade of blue and some foam or bubbles might work :3 (I'm no artist though, so not a good idea to listen to me xP)
