That is certainly some comfy crinkles he has on. I've always wondered what it'd feel like to have a diaper that snuggled against your body up to your chest level. It'd likely be like wearing a big body pillow.
This reminds me more of your classic works with how it has the white outline to separate the character from the simple background. The rocket ship looks super cool and that facial expression is priceless!
