Sooo.. Don't know how much you PS3 junkies know about Afrika .. basically it is a Safari Simulator and Photography Simulator combined.. you play yourself working for National Geographic exploring the plains of Afrika and filming and photographing the animals in their natural environment for National Geographic documentaries.
It came out in 2008.. 100 copies were made in English - the rest were Japan exclusives under the name "Hakuna Matata" I have never seen copies in EB Games stores and every store I've ever visited said that "It is an extremely rare PS3 title and is very sought after for its gameplay style and graphics" True..
Looking online most of the copies I found on Amazon.ca and Ebay.ca were selling the game used and new for around $250.00 to $350.00 ... however.. I found ONE used copy from a place in Toronto called The Treasured Trove selling for $20.00! Grabbed it.. and didn't expect it to arrive as quick as it did..
Ordered it last night at 11:00 PM.. arrived at my door hand delivered today at 12:00 PM .. Loving it so far! Such an incredible work of art with insane attention to detail.. you have the ability to upgrade your camera with different lenses/different cameras, camera stands, tripods, boom mics.. etc...
It is an open world game .. don't know what else to say... umm.. watch the trailer here?? -- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AUlqCTY-Q9A
TL/DR: If you've ever wondered what it would be like to be part of the film crew that shot the footage for the TV series PLANET EARTH.. this game is for you.. you utilize hundreds of different cameras, audio devices and transportation such as Jeeps and Hot Air Balloons to get the perfect footage in an open world environment of Afrika.
