I like how there's that one fellow in the background not even doing anything...
The sitting-on-knees pose for Elle helps drive the size home (though the leg/paw looks a bit oddly bent), and the method of coloring adds a bit of depth, too, with the blurred shading ignoring the lines in the back adding to the depth of field. Overall, nicely done!
