Am I the only one who wishes that Disney never changed the Attic Bride of The Haunted Mansion ride? Sure I don't mind the new effects in the different parts of the ride, but I prefer that they would keep the attic as it was before Emily the beating heart bride was changed to Constance Hatchaway. She was already scary as a silent character that stood there with her heart glowing red, while the pop-up heads in the attic moaned and screamed "I do!" The more mysterious they are, the scarier they become. Now in the attraction, the pop-up heads are replaced with several different portraits of Constance that showed how many times she married over the years. But then like the changing portraits in the loading area, they fade to reveal that the new bride had decapitated each husband for their riches. Now her ghost speaks scary lines as her bouquet of flowers changes into an axe and changes back. It maybe a cool ghost effect, but like I said, I prefer the old version of the attic. The vacuum joke here pays an homage to NicktheGhostHost999's Haunted Mansion Show videos on Youtube and MiceChat.com.
I hope that none of you Constance fans will take this personally.
