As for the help needed, im currently living with a roommate, who is 76. Im his caretaker at the moment, and we are being evicted and have untill the 31st to move out. The landlord has given us hell for the entire time ive been here (5 years or so.) and current shit he has pulled includes: He forged my roommates signature on an obviously fake lease, Roommate has been here for 23 years and the dishwasher (which was a part of the original lease) has never worked, Landlord has claimed he would fix many issues with the apartment, but never has, and when he DOES go to fix something, its always the cheapest way possible. He also has put alot of stress onto my roommate which is VERY dangerous for his health.

what i really need right now is someone who can help with legal advice as well as help with knowledge on elder abuse and real estate. we may be taking this to court but we need to gather information before we do. Anything you guys can offer would be amazing. Thanks guys ^~^
