Earrings are fine but facial piercing or bellybutton piercings look terrible on everybody. A small tattoo on her shoulder or arm would be fine but a lot of tattoos are not flattering either. Mostly, I love Lauren the way she is now and don't think anything about her needs to change.

My suggestion: If you wanna add a piercing on her, I think a navel piercing should fit better for her, and for a tattoo, something simple should be nice, like a butterfly xD

Definitely give her some earrings. Tattoos and other body piercings can get excessive and I doubt with a body like that they'd be much of an improvement. I've seen a lot of gals needlessly go overboard with them. It's makes me laugh sometimes.
