Now here is something I have not drawn in a long long time. So long in fact that I thought a revamp of his design was needed. A long time ago, a friend of mine made this FA account for me using the name of this character here... Kikatsu.

For years I have left the character unapproached but now here he is, back from his ungodly slumber.

I am reworking him a bit from what he was in the past.

Kikatsu is a 'bad' kitsune, a nogitsune. He is possessed by an insatiable hunger ( the name, Kikatsu, translates to 'starving' ), and has become an embodiment of it. He spreads greed and gluttony, feasting off the lost potential and time of those he affects, rather than actual food. While he does eat, I imagine, being a spirit/demon kind of creature he does not have to...though he may eat some souls now and then. But since he is a walking vacuum in a way, the area around him is always icy cold, as he absorbs the heat and even some nearby life energy.

Of course he is not all bad like that. He is rather old, and well versed in magical and supernatural knowledge, acting as a library in a way. He also makes deals and fulfills wishes, though it is not advised for mortals to deal with him lightly.

He has magical powers as well, but to what extent, I am not sure just what to give his reboot just yet. More on that later.

So here he is... the fat fox is back after four years of not showing up. I say run.



And to clear something up.... Kikatsu is a character of mine, Jack (the goose) would be my sona... the name of this account has nothing to do with anything, just know that I am Jack and not his monster...though I do like this monster.
