This is  KageOokami's split headed dog character, a fan character from the Silent Hill games I believe. I've never done something so scary (I'm easily frightened) But It was rather interested by her character.

I did my best to make him look bloody (probably could've done better with traditional media, but that would've taken a very very long time) So here you go Rosiel-kun, my half of the trade!

This took about two/three days on and off. I wish more people would ask for scary drawings...And yes, you can see his skull. He is a split headed dog after all...
