Quote: "She could have grown outside, but she wanted to intimidate her boss into letting her get some time out. The shock factor would be easier to get from inside the building, rather than the outside. "
Huh, I didn't figure that when I first read this comic. If the whole purpose of destroying office supplies and risking the numerous victims who might die to falling rubble or suffer from dust inhalation as the heavy chunks of cement come crashing down, the streets are littered with broken glass and twisted pipes, anyone still inside the building is surely dead, and all family photos, work computers, and personal affects that her co-workers might have kept in their own offices are now crushed and buried beyond recovery, she could have done this much smoother.
Just pull out a gun, level it at the boss’s face, and say the exact same things. Nothing stops her from just saying “I quit” and walking out the door, and if threatening to murder her boss is the main reason she shifted sizes then there are plenty of faster, cleaner, and less ruinous ways to do so. All of which would achieve exactly the same effect.
As it stands right now, unless she is an unrepentant murderer who’s wholly incapable and unworthy of any sort of employment to begin with (IE: willing to just put the foot down and end the man’s life, which seems likely given how readily she risks the lives of everyone else nearby her workplace) then she is in something of an awkward position if the man says no, and tells her to clean up the mess before heading home on sick leave.

Ordinarily, I might have argued that you don't really know what kind of office she's actually in, for all you know it's a little two storey building. Or if there's even anyone else still in the building besides Laura and her boss. Same goes for out on the street, it's not unusual for entire areas to devoid of people. Finally I'd likely argue that the boss' fate is uncertain. It's implied that it's him she's talking to at the end, but of course that's up to you to decide. I'd also say that this Laura isn't the muderimng type, just because her foot was hoverimgq above the viewer/boss, doesn't mean to say that she would act on it.
Like I said though, I'm not here to argue.
Aside from all that above, I am curious to know why you decided to bring this up two months after the original comment train ended.
