"come now corporal. You must be soaked, we both know you can't stay dry for long, so just lay back, think of England and it'll all be over in a couple of minutes" the humor in his voice was evident and star slowly sank to the floor grateful that the rest of the squad were far enough ahead not to see this indignity.
