This is Luka Belikov

He is a mix-match made up species created by my brother who owns Roman, the sibling character to this one.
Luka is a leucistic of this made up species.

NOTES:
-Hair is not a requirement for this character, he can have just slightly longer fur along the top of his head if your style has more animal-like skulls.
-If hair is part of your style, a warhawk (short mohawk) or short messy hair is just fine.
-The spots are cheetah spots, which means they are intended to be round and fairly uniform in size while gradually getting smaller on the muzzle and legs.

Luka tends to favor dark monochrome clothing. Usually a black top with grey camo pants.

Personality:
Luka exudes confidence, especially about his physical self.
He can come off as a bit of a jerk at times but he is not one.
Luka is a dominant person, he doesn't like to not have control over his choices or situations he is in. But he is also not a leader because he does not like having to tell other people what to do.
