Felt no one on DA
was bothered about my work thus sort of stopped plus takes ages with the mouse

but feels a new spark again plus will be getting one of those wacom screens which would help do my work at a better work flow

I've kinda been in a slump with my art too, though it's mostly I don't have a ton of time for art lately. :\ Plus my scanner is really old and so doesn't do any of the art justice when I scan it. So even if I draw I don't always feel like posting it. x3

I'm glad you found your spark again, though! And I bet the Wacom will really help. I think I'd rather prefer that to a tablet myself. I really haven't figured out how to use mine yet, though I'm honestly thinking I need to buy a better art program. But, I've got a dozen other things to worry about, so it's not priority at the moment. xD

Looking forward to seeing more pretty arts in the future~

A new scanner helps a ton
too
Ian and me bought an Epson xp-415 oversize printer/scanner in white.
Really makes pencil drawings come up so clear and clean like how my own eyes see the art work ^^

Speaking of programs I would recommend sketch book pro
I plan to get that and there is a ton you can do with drawing wise plus colouring too
been reading tutorials and one dude that does tutorial videos on youtube is really good and gentle cool way of learning or if you get art blocks xd
can link you to the channel if you want.

Also 2 other programs which be main colouring and effects is Sai and Coral painter (I might go for coral)
there is also manga studios but need to research into that more.

I'll probably invest in a new printer/scanner when I move out. ^^ Hopefully I'll also have time to do more art once this wedding planning stuff is over with and I get settled in with my sweetie. <3

I had been looking at Sai and Manga Studio as possibilities since I hear good things about them. But any recommendations are appreciated. ^^

Oh wow, this is absolutely gorgeous Lorna! You really captured her character! I love the colors, and the falling rose petals around her, so much.
